First boil the spinach, transfer in mixer jar add green chillies and make fine paste of both.
Take fresh frozen peas and also make paste of it.
Take besan and whisked curd, ginger, garlic paste,red chilli, corriender and termeric powder in bowl and mix well(no lumps) and prepare a paste.
Now hot oil in pan,add fenugreek,cumin, mustard seeds and assefotida when sluppter add spinach and green chilli paste in it, after 2 min add peas paste in it and mix well and continue stir it.
Now add whisked curd,besan and masala paste and salt in it, mix well and stir it continue,when consistency and perfectly cook switch off gas.
Now hot oil in pan,add the potato cubes when nicely fry, add tomato,onion and capsicum on high flame,when done add this in spinach and peas kadhi.
For Tempting,hot oil in pan add cumin, mustard, assefotida,curry, whole red chilli and finally add red chilli powder and pour this over the spinach kadhi.
Now Peas Kadhi is ready to serve,serve this Kadhi hot with rice or chapati.
